The election was two days ago and it is still big news. There is news all over the place about Palin and whether or not she did a good job and there is news about what Obama is doing to prepare. The latter news is probably warrented, but Palin and McCain lost, I think that they should at least play a much more minor role in America media now that the election is over. Instead, this past election and politics remain an important focus of national media. The election has been decided, and whether you like it or not, Obama will be the next president of the United States. THAT is the news, not McCain and Palin's defeat.
